Grid And Grit Apparel: Return & Exchange Policy

At Grid And Grit Apparel, we stand by the quality of our gear. If your order doesn’t meet the grit and standard you expected, we’re here to help you get it right.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be postmarked within this window to be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed (no deodorant marks, pet hair, or distinct scents).

• In the original packaging with all tags still attached.

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

• Gift cards.

• Customized or "Limited Edition" printed apparel.

• Intimates or headwear (for hygiene reasons).

4. How to Start a Return

To start the process, please email us at sales@gridandgritapparel.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

• For Defects: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please attach a photo to your email. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no cost to you.

• For Fit/Preference: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit via a digital gift card for immediate use.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you would like a direct size exchange, please specify this in your email to sales@gridandgritapparel.com.
